Orders and shipping

Orders are usually delivered in approximately 2 to 5 working days.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order.

We will send you an email once the order has been shipped, including a Tracking Number and the courier's contact information. Users can follow their order also from their Account.

Please note delivery times are approximate, and that orders are not shipped nor delivered on national holidays and weekends.
For orders where the selected payment method requires a postponed online payment (such as Wire transfer), the shipping time will be calculated starting from the payment confirmation.

The courier cannot ship to PO Boxes.
